Small business owners get hit with a lot of vocabulary they did not ask for. A supplier mentions ERP. A customer asks whether you are a B Corp. Someone on a podcast says ghost commerce like everyone already knows. Most of it is either genuinely useful or completely irrelevant to a ten-person company, and the difference is rarely obvious from the way it gets discussed.
This section explains the term, says where it came from, and then answers the question that actually matters: does this change anything for you? Often the honest answer is no, not yet, and we would rather say that than pad out an article.
These are explainers rather than breaking news. We are not going to be first to a story, and we are not trying to be. We would rather be the page you read three weeks later when you need to understand the thing properly.
